Park AV turns available parking into monthly income for your property and useful staging capacity for autonomous fleets. No upfront cost or equipment. You approve the fleet, choose the spaces and can take them offline when you need them back.

    You list spaces

    Choose underused spaces for autonomous fleet staging. No hardware, no construction and no exclusivity on the rest of your lot.

    You earn nothing at this stage.

    A fleet activates a spot

    An approved fleet secures one spot for the month and may rotate any number of its AVs through it, one vehicle at a time. One activation turns idle capacity into recurring revenue.

    Earning starts the day a spot is activated.

    Vehicles arrive and depart

    A vehicle pulls into the designated space, waits between trips, and leaves. No passengers are picked up or dropped off on your property unless you agree to it separately.

    Unlimited vehicle rotations. Your payment does not change with usage.

    You get paid monthly

    Payment covers each space that was activated during the month, paid the month after it is earned.

    $49.50 per activated space, per month.

Your control and limits

Taking a space back

You can take a space offline from your dashboard at any time. A space cannot be pulled while a vehicle is currently in it — wait for it to depart, which is typically minutes.

Who is on your property

Only vehicles from fleets that have activated the space. No passenger pickups, no public parking access, no consumer app listing.

What we record

Anonymous vehicle ID, which space, and arrival and departure times. We never collect passenger names, destinations, or payment details.

What is not settled yet

Insurance, liability and damage terms are agreed in the property agreement before your first activation. Nothing on this page is a contract.
